Sourcing & Supply Planning Specialist — Jan Dekker (Amsterdam)
You’d rather get a supplier in Shanghai on the phone than send a third reminder email. When a shipment slips, you call the supplier yourself to find out what’s going on. And you’re just as comfortable negotiating a price as you are negotiating a delivery date. You combine that with sharp number work: you keep an eye on forecasts, stock levels and lead times before they become a problem.
At Jan Dekker, part of IMCD, you’ll join the international supply chain team. Jan Dekker develops and supplies sustainable ingredients and technologies for the personal care and beauty industry, from vegetable oils and butters to preservatives and clinically proven active ingredients. IMCD operates in more than 60 countries with over 5,200 employees and 82 laboratories worldwide.
