With spring (finally) kicking in we are wrapping up the week on a positive note! As we reflect on the past few days, I wanted to share some great highlights that have made this week particularly special.
First and foremost, I am thrilled that Ana Albuquerque has joined our team at #OLIJO! She just arrived from Portugal and whilst finding her way around she is already making an impact and proves to be a great contributor to the team! Welcome Ana!
On Monday, I had the pleasure of attending an exceptional event hosted by DataPub at FrieslandCampina. It was a truly inspiring and informative event with some great insights shared by my former colleague, Tekin Mentes Mentis. One key message that resonated with me and I truly support is the importance of investing in our people. By prioritizing the growth and development of our teams, we can unlock their full potential and drive lasting success.
There was also a great panel discussion, with Burce Gültekin, Tekin Mentes, Noortje van Genugten and Vlad Sterngold.
One thing they all supported is the importance of hiring for attitude and personalities, not just skills.
