Your mission:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementation projects regarding the ServiceNow platform. Your role is to guide every phase of the project, ensuring it’s delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations. This includes:

• Define the project’s scope and ensure it aligns with the stakeholders’ vision.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, resource estimates, collaboration sites, and all the necessary project pieces.
• Identify and resolve project risks as they surface, making the path smoother for your team.
• Manage the project budget.
• Be the project’s leader, motivating and coaching your team to success.
• Constantly ensure planning and resources are well aligned;
• Deliver clear and accurate reporting for informed decision-making and project progress tracking.
• During the final stage of the project, ensure the solution is ready for operations and all processes are updated and relevant teams are trained;
• Provide project closure report including lessons learned with the project team.

What you bring:

• You’ve got a solid background in project management, particularly on complex technical implementation projects. You’ve handled everything from scope and budget to risk, change, and issue resolution.
• You’ve managed global projects, working with teams across different countries and various levels of expertise.
• You’re results-driven, proactive, and thrive in challenging environments. Your structured approach, coupled with strong methodology sets you apart.
• You’re no stranger to IT infrastructure implementations and technical transformations.
• You use your past experiences to predict issues that could risk the project’s success.
• You excel at leading both internal and external resources, and you’re a master at facilitating, collaborating, negotiating, and presenting.
• Your written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are excellent.
• You have an academic degree.
