Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

As an experienced Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of various projects across both public and private sectors. From start to finish, you’ll ensure these projects meet their objectives and drive the expected results. Some of this responsibilities include:

– Design clear and actionable project plans while keeping a close eye on progress.

– Building support and effectively managing expectations from your client.

– Serve as the project expert, guiding the team and offering valuable advice.

– Ensure timely, within-budget project delivery while keeping everyone on track.

– Identify and address issues before they impact project success.

– Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on progress and outcomes.

What you bring:

– 3-5 years of experience in project or change management, ideally in environments where business and IT intersect.

– A high level degree in ICT, Business Administration, Change Management or similar.

– Proven experience in leading small teams or project groups.

– The interest in understanding how different organizations work and managing change effectively.

– Excellent communication skills in Dutch (English is a plus).

– Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

– Willingness to travel across the Netherlands to various project locations.
