The ambition to make a “cool trip” with several people is long. Not a road trip now, but building an organization and making an impact. In 2020 I founded OLIJO with a vision on recruitment with which we support organizations in their growth in a fun way.
I have been working as a recruiter for more than 15 years and I enjoy doing that. I just enjoy working in a result-oriented way, working together, making continuous agreements and adapting to change. The dynamics are different every day and with my drive and eye for quality I want to make a difference to the people I work with.
I am a proud father of 3 children, love sports, craziness, a good bbq and occasionally doing nothing (may be said :))

Let me share a glimpse of my life and the path I’ve taken so far.
I’m a Portuguese girl living in The Netherlands. With a degree in HR Management, I’ve always considered myself a people person, which led me to choose a career in this field.
In 2020, I dive into the world of technology. Starting off in IT recruitment and selection, I transitioned into a Talent Manager, focusing on career development and client management. My goal was to match the best candidates with the most fitting projects, while ensuring their happiness, fulfilment, and personal growth. Most recently, I took on an exciting new challenge: guiding, training, and leading a new generation of IT Recruiters, hoping they would love their job as much as I do.
Driven by my explorer spirit, these experiences have brought me to my current situation: embarking on a new journey at OLIJO 🚀 and I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity!
