As our new Lead Campaign Manager & CMS Product Owner, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening IMCD’s digital presence. From leading global B2B campaigns to optimizing our Salesforce CMS platform, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing transformation. You work both hands-on and strategically – collaborating across teams, generating high-quality leads, and improving the digital customer experience worldwide.


What you’ll do as Lead Campaign Manager & CMS Product Owner

In this hybrid strategic-execution role, you will be responsible for:

  • Campaign strategy & execution: Plan and deliver omnichannel B2B marketing campaigns via CRM, LinkedIn, Google (Ads & SEO), email, and more.
  • CMS ownership: Manage our Salesforce CMS – optimize the user experience, guide technical improvements, and coordinate between marketing, development, and IT.
  • Lead generation & performance: Create impactful campaigns, monitor results, and continuously optimize based on data.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Align business groups, country teams, developers, and internal comms – ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Training & adoption: Drive global CMS adoption with training, documentation, best practices, and support.
  • Agile operations: Manage the CMS backlog, run sprint reviews, and work in Jira with global stakeholders.


What you bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, campaign management, and CMS administration.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn/Google Ads; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and/or headless CMS platforms is an advantage.
  • A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working across departments in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Valid EU work permit.
