Job purpose:

As an IT Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating problems into solutions using IT processes and systems. You will also be responsible for designing and continuously developing the IT architecture. This position demands a strong focus on ensuring that the Dutch IT environment aligns with the overall Group landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Stay informed about developments within the Group and assess their impact on the Dutch organization, ensuring proper implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Group to create a high-level plan/roadmap for projects and changes in the Netherlands, encompassing both hardware and software, from infrastructure to (cloud) applications.
• Maintain an overview and analyse requests and necessary changes in applications and application landscape in the Netherlands.
• Set up business processes and tooling for managing infrastructure and applications.
• Initiate and set up projects, gain support for them, and ensure their execution.
• Organize effective communication channels with suppliers, monitoring the contractually agreed services and service levels.
• Provide timely and relevant management information and reports on project progress, costs, etc.
• Continuously monitor (international) developments and trends within the field and translate them into applicable solutions.

You bring:

• A solid academic foundation in related fields, complemented by more than 5 years of relevant work experience at the intersection of business and IT.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A strong customer focus, creating healthy customer relationships and delivering solutions centred around customer needs.
• The ability to interpret key financial indicators and use this knowledge to enhance business decision-making.
• Results orientation, consistently delivering outcomes even in difficult circumstances.
• Knack for collaboration, forming partnerships and working alongside others to reach shared objectives.
• The ability to inspire trust, earning the confidence of others through your honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
• The capability of leveraging feedback and self-reflection to gain valuable insights into your strengths and areas for improvement.
