What will you do?


As an Associate HR Advisor based in the Netherlands, you’ll manage HR operations for the Benelux employees. Positioned at the heart of the people department, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience by providing first-line HR support, managing administrative tasks, and most important, building strong relationships with employees.


Some of your responsibilities:

  • HR support: Be the first point of contact for employees, responding to HR-related questions and providing assistance when needed.
  • Policy and benefits guidance: Provide clarity on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Administration: Help manage HR-related paperwork, including employee records, contracts and other essential documentation.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Support employees through the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Process improvement: Work closely with the HR team to refine processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance to local labor laws and company policies.
  • Positive impact: Maintain an approachable and welcoming HR presence, contributing to a positive work environment and culture.


Who we’re looking for:

  • Education: A completed MBO4 level qualification or higher in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Languages: Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must.

  • Passion for HR: You are passionate about HR and helping others.

  • Skills: You are a people person, with strong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to connect and communicate effectively at all levels. Besides, you are organized, you take initiative and pride in owning your responsibilities.
  • Experience: Previous HR experience is beneficial but a strong drive to learn and grow is what we value most!
