What you’ll do

As our Corporate Functions Communications Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and communications lead for IMCD’s core functional teams. You will:

• Partner with global and local HR, IT, Sustainability, and Finance teams to co-develop communication strategies aligned with IMCD’s brand, values, and purpose.
• Lead internal communication initiatives that promote transparency, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide expert guidance on external and internal messaging, ensuring alignment and consistency across all channels.
• Manage content strategy for the intranet and other digital platforms, including review and approval of corporate messaging.
• Enable the rollout of key corporate programs such as the new HR system, onboarding experience, employer branding, and sustainability campaigns.
• Ensure that change initiatives and global transformation programs are well understood and embraced by the organization.
• Serve as a brand enabler: translating complex topics into clear, compelling communication that resonates across cultures and functions.

What you bring

• 
  5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in an international or corporate setting.
  
• Proven ability to align communication strategies with business goals, support change management, and drive engagement.
• A master’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – you work well across all levels of a matrix organization.
• Project management capabilities to deliver complex communication initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Native-level English writing skills; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in supporting HR, IT, or Sustainability communications is highly desirable.
• A valid EU work permit.
