• Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) enterprise solutions. Your familiarity with these concepts allows you to navigate complex customer environments and provide tailored recommendations;
• You’re capable of handling complex customer requirements and navigate different projects;
• Commercial mindset: You understand the importance of balancing customer needs with business objectives;
• As a Trusted Advisor, you know how to build and maintain effective customer relationships. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand customer needs enable you to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term success;
• You are a strategic problem-solver: You have a keen ability to see and present the big picture.
