Who we’re looking for:

• Education: A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, working across multiple modules.
• Technical expertise: Strong experience in PaaS configuration, development, and implementation.
• Consultancy experience: Previous experience in a technical consultancy role, with the ability to bring strategic value to clients.
• Language skills: Fluency in Dutch (preferred) and English.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Mindset: A passion for innovation, leadership and continuous improvement.

  As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will work alongside a team of passionate PaaS specialists, helping shape the digital future for major global clients. Your role will include:

  Defining PaaS strategies and business cases for large-scale national and international projects.

  Implementing ServiceNow solutions to automate processes, increase efficiency, and deliver tangible results.
  
• 
  Bridging the gap between IT and business needs, ensuring seamless alignment of strategy and goals.

  Delivering high-quality, customized solutions based on specific client requirements.
  
• 
  Working flexibly from our Utrecht office or directly on-site with clients.
  
• Continuously growing through training, mentorship, and exposure to leading industry knowledge.
