Your mission:

You are going to work on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in different business areas.

In all projects the goal is for you to deliver true value to customers by automating their business processes through the design of innovative platform applications.

Your responsibilities:

• Implementing Configuration Management processes and infrastructure or software automation.
• Client-facing and confident in being able to understand and articulate technical requirements
• Reporting and managing technical issues which may cause delays to the project
• Defining and implementing auto-remediation activities to ensure infrastructure components can be restored automatically after an error event (e.g., add CPU, storage, memory, reset processes, etc.).
• Developing and implementing standard IT operation management methodologies, assets and automation tasks in the infrastructure to ensure short delivery time and higher flexibility for the business.
• Ability to produce high quality technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills at different levels

Your background:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or any related field
• Experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem
• IT and Business mind oriented to connect both worlds
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure
• Strong passion for automation
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English
