As a key team member, you’ll be responsible for:
- Implementing Configuration Management processes and infrastructure or software automation.
- Engaging with clients, confidently understanding and articulating technical requirements.
- Proactively managing technical issues that might impact project timelines.
- Designing and executing auto-remediation activities for seamless infrastructure recovery post-error events.
- Developing and implementing standard IT operation management methodologies, assets, and automation tasks for swift delivery and enhanced business flexibility.
- Producing high-quality technical documentation.
- Excelling in communication at various levels.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- A mindset that bridges IT and Business domains.
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure.
- A passion for automation.
- Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
