As a key team member, you’ll be responsible for:

• Implementing Configuration Management processes and infrastructure or software automation.
• Engaging with clients, confidently understanding and articulating technical requirements.
• Proactively managing technical issues that might impact project timelines.
• Designing and executing auto-remediation activities for seamless infrastructure recovery post-error events.
• Developing and implementing standard IT operation management methodologies, assets, and automation tasks for swift delivery and enhanced business flexibility.
• Producing high-quality technical documentation.
• Excelling in communication at various levels.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• A mindset that bridges IT and Business domains.
• Solid experience in IT infrastructure.
• A passion for automation.
• Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
