Our partner at a glance

We’re proud to partner with a multinational organization at the forefront of the natural foods industry, with a history spanning more than 135 years. With over 4000 employees worldwide, they balance the strength of a global network with the warmth of a close-knit culture. Their mission is clear: delivering high-quality, sustainable, and healthy products that improve everyday life.

Now, they’re looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to strengthen their IT security landscape. Could it be you? 🔑

Culture that empowers

Here, people come first. You’ll find a culture built on trust, collaboration, and empowerment — not rigid hierarchies. Initiative is encouraged, autonomy is valued, and careers are shaped by those bold enough to take ownership. With short decision-making lines and open communication, employees enjoy the freedom to make an impact and the support to grow.

The Role: Identity & Access Management Specialist

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that employees and partners across the globe have secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and applications. You’ll design and manage IAM frameworks, strengthen governance, and contribute to a robust security posture in a complex multinational environment.

Your key contributions will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM systems and governance processes.

  • Managing user lifecycle events (onboarding, role changes, offboarding).

  • Automating identity provisioning across Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP, or similar platforms.

  • Enforcing and monitoring access policies in hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environments.

  • Running access reviews and recertifications to ensure compliance (GDPR, NIS2).

  • Supporting audits and contributing to regulatory reporting.

  • Leading or contributing to projects such as privileged access management, role-based access control, and identity federation.

  • Collaborating with global IT, HR, and compliance teams to embed IAM best practices.

  • Staying current on emerging IAM trends and identity-related security risks.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management or IT security.

  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Entra ID, Thales Safenet, or comparable IAM tools.

  • Knowledge of authentication and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and NIS2.

  • Bonus: experience integrating IAM within SAP or other enterprise systems.

  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

Why you’ll love to work there

  • A competitive salary and full benefits package.

  • The opportunity to join a global company with strong local roots.

  • Flexible working options to support a healthy work-life balance.

  • A supportive and inclusive culture where contributions are truly valued.

  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

  • The chance to make a real impact in a role that combines security, compliance, and innovation.
